I took a chance on a set of candy-striped cushions for my room today, to lift the mood of the room from that dull olive green, to a much more contemporary look. By using the skills I learnt in my rather brief interior design course, I decided to go burnt-orange in order to off-set the olive green. It was a risk, it may not be the kind of design everyone would like, but I like it!
Yay me.
